Suro Elderflower is a French liqueur made from Elderflowers. The harvest of the wild Flowers takes place each spring, they are picked fresh, by hand, at the peak of their bloom.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Freshness of wild elderflower enhanced by notes of Williams pear and pink grapefruit zest.

PALATE: Nuances of lemongrass and honeysuckle sublimated by a touch of citrus. Perfect accuracy between sweetness and liveliness, silky texture of a crystalline purity.

FINISH: Long and elegant with a persistence of elderflower.
