Botran Cobre is an exceptional spiced rum inspired by Ponche, a traditional festive drink from Guatemala.
This artisanal rum is a harmonious blend of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves.
Carefully distilled in a copper still and aged in solera, this spirit offers a rich and complex sensory experience, perfect for spiced rum enthusiasts.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: The nose of Botran Cobre is intensely spiced, dominated by cardamom, clove, and ginger. It exudes great freshness, offering unique depth and complexity.
PALATE: On the palate, this rum reveals a long and complex profile. The spices take center stage, with a perfect harmony between the vegetal freshness of cardamom, the warmth of ginger, and the intensity of clove. Unlike very sweet spiced rums, Botran Cobre presents a refined balance.
FINISH: The finish is dry and generously spiced, giving way to gourmet notes of cinnamon. The woody flavors, though present, remain discreet, allowing the spices to fully express themselves.
