This is the second release in The Dublin Liberties Irish Whiskey range - a 10 year old single malt which has enjoyed a finishing period in Sherry casks hand-picked by Master Distiller Darryl McNally.

TASTING NOTES:

NOSE: Cherry skin, pastry creams, and a hint of warm cinnamon.

PALATE: Dark chocolate, raisin, and hints of rich walnut.

FINISH: The nutty notes linger, now leaning more towards sweet almond.
