Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is a 93-proof whiskey distilled, aaged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest. Each batch is hand-selected by our founders and currated by 5th generation Nearest Green descendant and our Master Distiller, Victoria Eady Butler, who was named Master Blender of the Year by Whiskey Magazine, The Spirits Business and Vinepair in 2021.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE Honey and warm brown sugar, cedar, orange peel and tobacco flower. Spices of ground ginger and white pepper.
PALATE Caramel balanced
FINISH Long and smooth. The cinnamon lingers with dark chocolate, oak tannins and maple syrup.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Xibal Equinox is a special edition of Xibal Gin, with a combination of the characteristic products that are grown during the equinox, such as grapefruit and guava, in addition to the characteristic Xibal ingredients within them that we can mention: Orange, lemon, cardamom and pericon.

Gran Chaco Brasil
Brazil is very famous for being one of the largest producers of cacao and coffee in the world. It was natural for us to associate these notes with our Gran Chaco Brazil Rum. The design of the bottle was inspired by Brazilian wildlife: the patterns represent some of Brazil's most emblematic animals. The color green was chosen to represent the country and suggest the natural habitat of its wildlife.
Rhum Bologne Old Black Cane + ETUI
The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.
Origen Altitude Gin
Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.
