This time, the brand takes us to Jamaica to discover a very old VSOP rum. This creation from the Worthy Park distillery was aged for 4 years in Bourbon casks before being transported to the Cognac region for an additional six months of maturation in the brand’s cellars in Chevanceaux. This cuvée has thus undergone double aging, first in a tropical climate and then in a continental one.

Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur.
