This time, the brand takes us to Jamaica to discover a very old VSOP rum. This creation from the Worthy Park distillery was aged for 4 years in Bourbon casks before being transported to the Cognac region for an additional six months of maturation in the brand’s cellars in Chevanceaux. This cuvée has thus undergone double aging, first in a tropical climate and then in a continental one.
TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Aromas of flambéed banana with empyreumatic notes.
PALATE: Aromas of roasted pineapple, roasted coffee, with a beautiful honeyed length.
