The KASC Project [L.L.] offers a lighter, more versatile take on the groundbreaking Hybrid Cask™ concept. As a blended Irish whiskey crafted for a softer, more mixable profile, [L.L.] serves as the approachable counterpart to the bold, full-bodied [B] release — the world’s first Hybrid Cask™ Irish whiskey. Unlike its siblings, [L.L.] is not fully matured in Kinahan’s bespoke hybrid casks. Instead, it draws just enough influence to maintain the essence and distinctive character of [B], while delivering a smoother experience designed for broader appeal and mixability.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE : Gentle hint of pear, lightly smoked tropical and Mediterranean fruits, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
PALATE : Caramelized mango & tropical fruit, sundried raisins, fig and caramel-expresso.
FINISH : Sweet cinnamon spice cake with a hint of vanilla.
COLOUR : Deep dark brown.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.
