The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

I Vigneti Monovitigno are obtained by distilling pomace from a single grape which is linked to more dedicated production zone.
