After more than 5 years of aging in oak barrels following the purest tradition of old HSE rums, this old rum was finished in Kilchoman whisky barrels, Islay Single Malt, for 4 to 5 months.
NOTES DE TASTING :
NOSE: The nose transports us to a world of peaty and smoky notes, enriched with aromas of tropical fruits, candied oranges, and blond tobacco.
PALATE: The balanced and beautifully full-bodied palate asserts itself with the peaty notes characteristic of Islay whiskies.
FINISH: The finish is enhanced with aromas of rare spices and fruits soaked in alcohol.

Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.
This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.
Elaborated in Guatemala, Botran Ki’ is an exceptional rum crafted from virgin sugar cane honey, a noble base that gives it a unique aromatic richness.

Tullibardine The Murray 2008 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Marquess Collection. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024, this whisky is limited to only 15,720 bottles worldwide. This unique single malt has been finished in Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine casks, one of France's most renowned crus, enhancing its character with rich and complex aromas. The perfect combination of the fruity richness from the wine casks and notes of vanilla and caramel results in an exceptional whisky, ideal for discerning connoisseurs. Inspired by Sir William Murray, the second Marquis of Tullibardine and a historical figure of the Jacobites, this special edition pays tribute to the Highlands' terroir.
For their Merlet VSOP Cognac, Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux-de-vie from different regions of the cognac appellation, to ensure consistent quality. The eaux-de-vie were aged for at least four years. Most of the Cognacs selected for this blend are from Fins Bois ‘crus’, famed for their fruitiness and their capacity to mature fast when barrel-aged.
ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
