TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Crystalline color, with silver reflections, it shows high adherence in the glass.
NOSE Mineral and spicy profile, with clove and a mineral, clay-like note It is complemented by fruity aromas.
PALATE At the beginning the spicy character with notes of white pepper and tonka bean, with a hint of mineral are highlighted. The mid-palate remains fruity and fresh.
FINISH Reminds of cooked agave. Finish Silky texture and high permanence surprising balance and roundness in all its clements. An elegant mezcal.
