A single grape Grappa with an intense aroma and considerable sensory impact, with a very harmonious taste sensation.
It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Gewürztraminer pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 1,000-liter oak barrels for at least 36 months. During this period, the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

Today, Black Bull is still blended according to the same original formula, with a high percentage of quality malts from Speyside and the Highlands, matured in sherry and bourbon casks, mixed according to a high malt-to-grain ratio, and finally bottled at a robust alcohol strength of 50%. Black Bull 21 is non-chill filtered, allowing the character of each carefully selected 21-year-old whisky to fully express itself, resulting in a unique and exceptional blend in its category.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.
