TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Smoked red apple, muscovado sugar and candied ginger, with grilled honeycomb, black cherries and dried orchard fruits.
PALATE: Grilled honeycomb, orange zest and mocha, followed by butterscotch, smoked spices and stone fruits, with cinnamon butter and poached pears.

After three years in American virgin oak, it’s further aged in mezcal and tequila casks, finishing with a bold stout cask maturation from renowned Danish breweries 'To Øl' and Fanø Bryghus. The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. You can also serve it on its own as the perfect conclusion to an excellent meal. Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.
Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.
