Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Experience Dirty Bastard, an intense extension of our popular Bastard whisky. This edition is triple-matured for a unique, complex flavour profile. After three years in American virgin oak, it’s further aged in mezcal and tequila casks, finishing with a bold stout cask maturation from renowned Danish breweries 'To Øl' and Fanø Bryghus. The result is a deep, intense whisky with notes of grain, cinnamon, cocoa, and tobacco, balanced with dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted nuts, chili, and dark beer.

The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.
