Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

After 10 years in contact with the oak, Armagnac starts to take on the aromas of ageing.

A Single Malt from Speyside with an Sauternes cask finish. All the elegance and refinement that one would expect from a Speyside Whisky. This is so well illustrated by the beautiful painting of my second cousin, the famous Scottish Artist, Archibald Dunbar McIntosh, who reveals in his painting all the warmth of the Scottish landscape and unique changing contours.

Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.
