Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Produced from an organic Scottish barley harvest, the casks were filled in September 2018. After meticulous maturation, this whisky was bottled between September and November 2022, revealing its authentic richness. At 46%, it retains its natural color and purity, and is not chill-filtered.
