Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

On the Caravelle peninsula, caressed by the trade winds and protected from tropical downpours, the dry parcels of Spoutourne produce extremely subtle rums. The relative arid nature of the location and the wind have created a beautiful concentration of essential aromas, notably floral in the cane, which are particularly present after suitable distillation and ageing. It is a worthy representative of the Martinican tradition of agricultural rum. The ageing process has not erased the natural liveliness of the rum. To blend this special batch, Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate’s oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolised by the strength of the dragon.

Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.
