Generous Gin ‘Purple’ is a real innovation in the gin world! Much more than a color, Generous Gin ‘Purple’ is the first gin to contain polyphenols and grape anthocyanins. Polyphenols are the molecules that make up the tannins in wine, anthocyanins bring the texture and color of red wine; they are also known for being antioxidants.The delicate blend of Generous Gin imparts a smooth and dry texture combined with the freshness of the pink grapefruit flavour for this seductive gin.
Crafted with up to half a pound of sloes in every bottle (that’s a lot of sloes, FYI), this cold-compounded sloe gin is a blend of copper pot still gin and bundles of juniper berries, cassia, coriander, orange peel and more.
Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste
ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.
