Hee Joy Spiced Rhum

HEE JOY rums are now a French reference in the field of traditional rums. Originally, it was the work of a passionate enthusiast, Jean-Marc Larhantec, who, since 2008, has been selecting the best traditional rums from the finest distilleries in Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana, the Dominican Republic, and Barbados. The creation of Hee Joy Spiced was born from the desire to revisit the history of the spiced rum category, by creating a different style with a strong vision. The infusion of a unique spice, the pursuit of balance, as well as a methodical and passionate approach to blending and then refining in oak Cognac casks, make Hee Joy a spiced rum for discerning connoisseurs. It is also highly appreciated by bartenders and mixologists.

Hee Joy VSOP Jamaica

This time, the brand takes us to Jamaica to discover a very old VSOP rum. This creation from the Worthy Park distillery was aged for 4 years in Bourbon casks before being transported to the Cognac region for an additional six months of maturation in the brand’s cellars in Chevanceaux. This cuvée has thus undergone double aging, first in a tropical climate and then in a continental one.

Hee Joy VSOP Republique Dominicaine

After having rested for 5 years in the distillery's cellars in Bourbon barrels, it was selected by Hee Joy and brought to the Charente for further maturation in Cognac barrels.
