HSE explores ever further the universe of French cooperage and its secular know-how through specific agings. This 2014 vintage was aged in American white oak casks with the exclusive “Brume Dorée” toast. It is offered to you as “brut de fût” (cask strength) in fewer than 1700 bottles. Of a rare complexity, this rum is characterized by a woodiness and a greediness out of the ordinary.

After more than 5 years of aging in oak barrels following the purest tradition of old HSE rums, this old rum was finished in Kilchoman whisky barrels, Islay Single Malt, for 4 to 5 months.

The HSE Extra Vieux Marquis de Terme 2007 is one of the finest expressions of Martiniquais expertise in the production of agricultural rum.
Aged for more than 11 years in oak barrels, this exceptional vintage then underwent a rare and sophisticated finish of 10 months in French oak barrels that had previously contained the great wines of Château Marquis de Terme, a renowned Margaux estate.
This unique process imparts the rum with remarkably complex aromas, combined with a rare depth that will appeal to the most discerning connoisseurs.
