A smoky, peated, ex-bourbon cask, single malt from mainland Australia’s oldest whisky distillery. Founded in 1999, Bakery Hill Distillery is run by ex-High School chemistry teacher David and his son Andrew. Family run, small batch, with a focus on quality over quantity. It was established to prove a point - that great single malt whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, and specifically in Australia. Bakery Hill buck the trend of many wine-cask driven Australian whiskies, favouring predominantly ex-bourbon barrels.
These allow for a longer maturation, without the spirit becoming overwhelmed by the hot temperatures and cask influence.

Our organic Vodka is produced in the Camargue, in the south of France, in a vast protected region where horses, flamingos and bulls have lived freely for centuries. It is exclusively made from soft wheat grown organically from the estate. The taste properties of our wheat vary each season depending on the climatic conditions of the year. This cuvée, created by rum specialist Peter Holland, is designed for cocktails, but could also be enjoyed on its own. This white rum is a blend of unaged Martinique rums and a Jamaican 4-year-old, which adds depth and complexity to the whole. It's a beautiful union, symbolically represented on the label by Martinique's white snake alongside Jamaica's national flower.
