This is our second batch of Blended Whisky from this long closed New Zealand distillery. It’s an 18 Year Old, bottled at 50.5% abv.

Our first Italian Whisky, and another brand new label from the pen of Emily Chappell, PUNI is also the first Italian whisky distillery. Spirit first flowed from their Scottish copper pot stills in 2014. A 4 Year Old, bottled at 47.3% abv.

John & William Hardie began their quest to create the perfect Blended Scotch Whisky in 1880, using only the finest and rarest Scottish malts. In 1888 they succeeded in creating what was considered to be superior to all other blends - The Antiquary - available only to a small circle of friends and family. This rare and limited release of just 6,000 bottles pays homage to The Antiquary's founders - it has been crafted from Scotland's most outstanding malt and grain whiskies, all of which have been matured for over fifteen years.

Any certified mezcal will state the scientific plant name using the term Agave, while the common name that is used in the community and by the producer is listed as Maguey. For example, Maguey espadin is an Agave angustifolia.

A smoky, peated, ex-bourbon cask, single malt from mainland Australia’s oldest whisky distillery. Founded in 1999, Bakery Hill Distillery is run by ex-High School chemistry teacher David and his son Andrew. Family run, small batch, with a focus on quality over quantity. It was established to prove a point - that great single malt whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, and specifically in Australia. Bakery Hill buck the trend of many wine-cask driven Australian whiskies, favouring predominantly ex-bourbon barrels.
These allow for a longer maturation, without the spirit becoming overwhelmed by the hot temperatures and cask influence.

Our organic Vodka is produced in the Camargue, in the south of France, in a vast protected region where horses, flamingos and bulls have lived freely for centuries. It is exclusively made from soft wheat grown organically from the estate. The taste properties of our wheat vary each season depending on the climatic conditions of the year. The control body ECOCERT certifies that the Vodka "Grands Domaines" respects the rules of organic production throughout its manufacturing process. This cuvée, created by rum specialist Peter Holland, is designed for cocktails, but could also be enjoyed on its own. This white rum is a blend of unaged Martinique rums and a Jamaican 4-year-old, which adds depth and complexity to the whole. It's a beautiful union, symbolically represented on the label by Martinique's white snake alongside Jamaica's national flower.

Crafted with precision, this rum, distilled in August 1999 at the Epris Distillery in Brazil, has matured for 18 years in oak casks. Bottled in July 2018, without chill filtration and no added colorant, allowing the rich, natural hues and unfiltered essence to shine through. Limited to a mere 160 bottles.

Tricorne is the first white rum made from a blend of the three types of rum found around the world: pure cane juice rum, molasses rum, and Batavia Arak (a rum from Indonesia).
