If it is close to its Scottish cousins in many respects, this version also knows how to stand back in order to better assert its origins. Its particularly original and even surprising aromatic palette is already a pretext for discovery.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR Intense golden yellow
NOSE Expressive, complex. Classic at first sight, it proposes ripe fruits (pear), candied citrus fruits (lemon), white flowers (lily of the valley) as well as a net of ashes. It evolves in an original way on the maple syrup, the saffron and on notes of hydrocarbon and artichoke bottom.
PALATE Lively, dynamic. Endowed with a pleasant minty and balsamic freshness (spruce), its attack takes us to the forest (mushrooms, undergrowth). The middle of the mouth is full of fresh and exotic fruits (passion fruit, lychee). It becomes more and more medicinal and camphorated.
FINISH Fine, greedy. Acacia honey and juicy fruits (plum, pear) give it a lot of sweetness. Heady flowers (lime, heather) cover it with their bewitching perfumes. It continues on notes of spearmint and tiger balm.
