TASTING NOTES

PALATE: A delicate sensation combining sweetness and freshness, where the pear reveals an exquisite suppleness. The caramelized notes blend harmoniously with a light rum which, while adding depth and complexity, enhances the texture and balances the whole for an accessible and unforgettable experience.
FINISH : A long and enveloping finish, marked by intense flavors of aged rum and stewed pears, blossoming with spicy and gourmet nuances. Pastry and caramelized pear notes complete this refined persistence.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
Brazil is very famous for being one of the largest producers of cacao and coffee in the world. It was natural for us to associate these notes with our Gran Chaco Brazil Rum. The design of the bottle was inspired by Brazilian wildlife: the patterns represent some of Brazil's most emblematic animals. The color green was chosen to represent the country and suggest the natural habitat of its wildlife.
