Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.

Produced in Thailand, the Siam 15 Year Old NAGA benefits from a dynamic 15-year ageing in a hot and humid climate, accelerating the interaction between the rum and the wood. This long ageing in bourbon barrels confers a remarkable complexity, where the sweetness of vanilla meets the depth of blond tobacco and sweet spices. A symbol of Asian know-how, it stands out as one of the jewels of the NAGA house.

L'Absinthe Verte NV is a modern absinthe that draws inspiration from traditional French recipes while adding a touch of contemporary boldness.
Created by George Rowley in 2008, this absinthe takes its inspiration from research conducted at the Schimmel Library, the oldest herbalist library in Europe.
While the classic absinthe ingredients, such as grand wormwood, fennel, and star anise, are well represented, more innovative elements like natural vanilla from Madagascar and cocoa beans add a unique sweetness and complexity. The name "Envy" (NV) evokes feelings of passion, desire, and admiration—a drink so desired it stirs envy in those who have yet to taste it.

Canteiro aged Madeira casks from off the coast of Africa which held Madeira fortified wine, soak up and impart intense aromas and flavours created by the heat and tropical climate of their home-place.
