Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. A refreshing and invigorating serve for free spirits.

Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Organic malted barley.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.

Pussers Gunpowder is a brut de fût amber rum, which means it has been bottled at its natural strength (54.5°). This is a rum that brings back to life the daily rations served to the warships of the English Royal Fleet at the time... A rum which, as it travelled, rocked by the swell, improved...
