Grappa obtained from two varieties of white grape marc from Trentino: Gewürztraminer and Moscato.
The distillation is carried out slowly in a water bath in a discontinuous steam still, which preserves all the aromatic substances of the grape varieties and guarantees maximum results in terms of aroma and perfume. Moscato is a grape variety grown in the sunny areas of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello. Gewürztraminer, a grape variety native to Trentino Alto Adige, is grown in this region at an altitude of between 300 and 500 meters. By skilfully combining these two grape varieties, we obtain "Aromatica", a grappa with an intensely aromatic and floral fragrance, citrus notes, and a harmonious and velvety structure.
