Nonino Vendemmia Blanc

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.

Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.

AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. Don Papa Gayuma, meaning “love potion” in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, Philippines. This super-premium rum, crafted with care, combines artisanal expertise with a rich history of rituals and legends. This rum is the result of an exceptional aging and finishing process. Aged for 3 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then refined for 6 months in Rioja barrels toasted at high temperatures and an additional 3 months in intensely charred Islay whisky oak barrels, this rum reveals a complexity that surprises and delights. With its peated notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, indulgent bouquet, it invites discerning connoisseurs to a unique and intriguing experience.

A genius whisky expression as we like to see and especially taste. The Glencadam Single Cask Whisky matured only on Cask 179 and could not be bottled pure. After maturing on a single cask not cooled filtered into the bottle without any coloring or dilution. Something that will really make the true bourbon lover water teeth. An incredibly fine dram with a divine taste. This Highland Glencadam was personally selected by Premium Spirits and released in a numbered edition. The cask was personally selected on site after a thorough analysis.

This superb Speyburn was aged in American and Spanish oak casks for 18 years before being bottled at 46% ABV. This bottling is dedicated to Speyburn's distillery manager, Bobby Anderson, as by happy coincidence 2018 is his 18th year at the distillery.
