The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. Created by George Rowley in 2008, this absinthe takes its inspiration from research conducted at the Schimmel Library, the oldest herbalist library in Europe.
While the classic absinthe ingredients, such as grand wormwood, fennel, and star anise, are well represented, more innovative elements like natural vanilla from Madagascar and cocoa beans add a unique sweetness and complexity. The name "Envy" (NV) evokes feelings of passion, desire, and admiration—a drink so desired it stirs envy in those who have yet to taste it.
