Saigon Baigur Premium Dry Gin is an exceptional gin that embodies the exotic spirit of Vietnam.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin comes from Torino Distillati in Moncalieri. The family distillery is run by Carlo Vergnano, his wife Piera, their daughter Rita, and other employees. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is distilled for eight hours at 60 °C in a custom-made vacuum still. Refined with wild raspberries, this gin offers an enchanting aroma of juniper berries, raspberry, and mint. On the palate, it reveals typical juniper notes, accompanied by juicy and fresh raspberry, grapefruit peel, and spices. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is bottled at 41.8% ABV.
