TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

A full-bodied whisky, matured in Oloroso casks, which gives it a warm and sweet sherry flavour.

The Bladnoch 14 Year Old is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.

Aged for a sophisticated 42 to 47 months, this meticulously handcrafted Belgian whisky captures the essence of the Hesbaye region. Distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills from 1898, it matures in 1st fill Bourbon casks made of American white oak (Quercus alba). Aromas of mulled wine and dark chocolate lead, while on the palate there are notes of spiced mead with cranberry and an underlying fresh citrus in the form of grapefruit. Light tannin and sugared almonds linger on the finish.
