Cooper's Choice Strathmill 2010 - 12Y Marsala Finish

This whisky was distilled on on 26th March 2010 and aged in a single ex-PX Sherry cask #804032 for 13 years.

688 bottles were produced for Belgium.

This Grand Assemblage is the perfect example of magnificent balance that one finds in eaux de vie of this age.

Aromas of poached pears and traditional rhubarb and custard sweets lead, while on the palate notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by Turkish delight and light butter pastry. The finish is rich with cinnamon spiced red apple.

Produced in the heart of the Tottori region, in western Japan, the San-In Blended Whisky is a creation of the Kurayoshi distillery. Its soft and smooth character is explained by the use of pure spring water from Mount Daisen, renowned for the quality of its natural resources.
