TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: The opening is marked by intriguing aromas of fresh sourdough bread, evoking the warmth of the bakery, accompanied by notes of salted popcorn reminiscent of movie nights and lively markets. These first impressions are enriched by a subtle touch of hazelnut, adding an extra layer of complexity.
PALATE: On the palate, this Tomatin Edition Manzanilla stands out with a refined and harmonious flavor palette. Dried fruits, typical of the best sherries, blend with delicate nuances of chamomile tea, bringing a floral sweetness. A slight bitterness from grapefruit perfectly balances the richness of maple syrup, while the salty nut, a hallmark of Manzanilla, adds remarkable depth and texture.
