Our organic Vodka is produced in the Camargue, in the south of France, in a vast protected region where horses, flamingos and bulls have lived freely for centuries. It is exclusively made from soft wheat grown organically from the estate. The taste properties of our wheat vary each season depending on the climatic conditions of the year. The control body ECOCERT certifies that the Vodka "Grands Domaines" respects the rules of organic production throughout its manufacturing process. och Arroqueno is made with wild maguey Arroqueno (agave Americana). Typically, this agave can take up to 20 years to mature, before it is pit roasted in a traditional fashion. Given the length of time needed to grow this elegant agave, sustainability of Arroqueno has become a big issue. The Koch Arroqueno is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal has high fruity notes with hints of earth and herbs, clay and smoke.

The Villa Lobos Reposado Tequila embodies Mexican artisanal excellence, born from a collaboration between the Camarena and Sklar families, two iconic figures in the tequila world. Crafted from agave plants from the highlands of Arandas, in the Los Altos region, this tequila captures the sweetness and maturity of carefully selected agaves. Characteristics: Made from a base wine (Ugni blanc), enriched through maceration with around fifteen plants and spices such as wormwood, speedwell, rose, verbena, and yellow génépi. TASTING NOTES NOSE: A generous and complex bouquet. Citrus peels dominate, supported by menthol and balsamic nuances. In the background, almond and stone fruit aromas bring an elegant sweetness. PALATE: A velvety yet lively texture. The fresh and slightly bitter flavors of alpine plants balance with the roundness of almonds and dried fruits, offering refined vibrancy. FINISH: Persistent and subtle, with echoes of bitter citrus and an herbal touch reminiscent of the mountains. An aromatic signature that lingers in memory.
