Lune d’Abricot is the rebirth of a traditional liqueur, Apricot Brandy. The Merlet family has selected several varieties of apricots from partner producers in Roussillon, leveraging their status and expertise as blackcurrant growers and winemakers to select fruits at optimal ripeness.

Xila Extra Spicy is a Mexican liqueur produced in an artisanal manner, crafted from young espadin mezcal and infused with a blend of 7 Mexican chilies, ataulfo mango, tamarind, and orange peel, sweetened with piloncillo. The profile is characterized by a restrained fruity attack, a spicy and herbaceous heart, and a distinctly spicy and persistent finish. With 20% alcohol, Xila Extra Spicy maintains a structured and defined profile, designed for cocktails, particularly in preparations where spiciness is the protagonist. Ideal for cocktails such as spicy margaritas, Paloma variations, or contemporary interpretations of classic cocktails with character. Xila is made by Flor de Luna, the first artisanal and experimental distillery in Mexico City led by women.

Sortilège Crème d'érable combines Canadian whisky with delicious Quebec maple syrup and a hint of cream for a pleasant touch of sweetness and an exquisite blend of flavours.

Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

Our organic Vodka is produced in the Camargue, in the south of France, in a vast protected region where horses, flamingos and bulls have lived freely for centuries. It is exclusively made from soft wheat grown organically from the estate. The taste properties of our wheat vary each season depending on the climatic conditions of the year. The control body ECOCERT certifies that the Vodka "Grands Domaines" respects the rules of organic production throughout its manufacturing process. Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.

och Arroqueno is made with wild maguey Arroqueno (agave Americana). Typically, this agave can take up to 20 years to mature, before it is pit roasted in a traditional fashion. Given the length of time needed to grow this elegant agave, sustainability of Arroqueno has become a big issue. The Koch Arroqueno is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal has high fruity notes with hints of earth and herbs, clay and smoke.
