Inspired by the spectacularly rugged coastline on which our distillery sits on the Isle of Skye, we tame heavily peated grains to produce an elegantly rugged dram that balances strength with refinement to accentuate the floral, fragrant character of our whisky. Cnoc Na Mòine is aged in Bourbon, American Oak Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez Casks. The sherry casks in this new release lend a sweeter, richer flavour and a darker colour The name Cnoc Na Mòine translates as ‘hill of peat’ and is geographically located in Knoydart, which can be seen across the Sound of Sleat from the distillery.

Our Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003.
It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks.

Tullibardine 18 Year Old has been matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. The exceptional taste profile reveals warm spices and delicate aromas of dried fruit, caramel and vanilla, and reflects the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of Tullibardine's whiskies.

Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.

The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.

The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Tullibardine The Murray 2008 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Marquess Collection. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024, this whisky is limited to only 15,720 bottles worldwide. This unique single malt has been finished in Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine casks, one of France's most renowned crus, enhancing its character with rich and complex aromas. The perfect combination of the fruity richness from the wine casks and notes of vanilla and caramel results in an exceptional whisky, ideal for discerning connoisseurs. Inspired by Sir William Murray, the second Marquis of Tullibardine and a historical figure of the Jacobites, this special edition pays tribute to the Highlands' terroir.

Uncle Nearest 1856 is a blend of our premium aged whiskey. It has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. On the nose, baled hay and pumpkin seeds with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates.

Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is a 93-proof whiskey distilled, aaged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest. Each batch is hand-selected by our founders and currated by 5th generation Nearest Green descendant and our Master Distiller, Victoria Eady Butler, who was named Master Blender of the Year by Whiskey Magazine, The Spirits Business and Vinepair in 2021.

This single malt, crafted by Fred and Jérémy from Domaine des Hautes Glaces (DHG) in Isère, is inspired by pastoral traditions where herds graze on the riches of high-altitude pastures. Produced from grains, plants, and flowers harvested during the summer of 2015, then infused in Vulson White Rhino (rye brandy), it offers a sensory experience that is both fresh and complex. A true ode to Alpine landscapes, Rhino’s Pastoral is a spirit of great elegance, perfect for enjoying neat or enhanced in cocktails.
