The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: A bold symphony of Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine, with hints of juniper and warming spice.

PALATE: Lush florals give way to tropical soft citrus Dalandan and Calamansi, grounded by earthy Alpinia and ginger. Mouthfeel is sensuous.

FINISH: Lingering finish. Continuously developing with a touch of spice and a surge of Angelica.

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.
