Saigon Baigur Dry Gin Magnum 1,75L
The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.

Glendalough Rose Gin
This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.
Old Pulteney Coastal Series - Port Finish
Old Pulteney Port finish is the second expression in The Coastal Series. Matured in both Ruby Port Pipes and Ruby Port Barriques, which once held an iconic sweet, red, fortified wine native to the Douro Valley of northern Portugal. This noble, carefully distilled and matured fruit brandy from Williams pears captivates the senses with the unmistakable aroma of this fruit. The Williams pear is cultivated in Switzerland in the canton of Valais and is one of the most popular pear varieties. Thanks to its powerful yet elegant aroma, it is ideal for the production of pear brandy. The freshly distilled Williams pear brandy first rests in stainless steel tanks for at least two years and then matures in oak casks for 14 to 18 months. After the maturation process, the pear brandy is further refined with a homemade bonificateur to give it the wonderful aroma and subtle sweetness, which makes this Vieille Poire so unique.
