Bottled at 58.6% without chill filtration and with no added coloring, this Single Cask reveals the full richness and authenticity of its terroir.

To create the GlenAllachie Wine Cask series, master blender Billy Walker first matured the spirit in the finest American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before transferring the whisky into hand-selected European wine casks for secondary aging.
Billy added a distinctive touch to this edition by blending four exceptional wine cask finishes into one unique expression: The Cuvée Wine Cask Finish.
The 9-year-old Cuvée is a marriage of spirits from several fine wine barrels originating from the world-renowned regions of Bordeaux, Languedoc, and Valpolicella.

The GlenAllachie Wine Cask Finish series is a tribute to the art of aging and the expertise of master blender Billy Walker. For this 2023 edition, the whisky, first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, underwent a second aging in meticulously selected European wine barrels. This special edition, named "The Cuvée Wine Cask Finish," is an elegant and complex blend of four finishes from prestigious wine regions: the French AOCs of Languedoc and Médoc, as well as the Italian Grattamacco and Recioto della Valpolicella barrels. This rare single malt offers a unique aromatic richness, combining red fruits, delicate spices, and bursts of citrus for a sensory experience full of character.

This gorgeous golden malt has been bottled at 48% and matured in premium American Oak Wood Barrels before being re-racked into bold and punchy Kentucky Rye Casks. The different toasting and charring levels of these casks combined with the Rye maturation adds a rich and spicy twist to the classic GlenAllachie style. GlenAllachie 9-Year-Old Amontillado Sherry Cask Finish is a Scottish single malt that embodies the art of aging in exceptional casks. Initially matured under the influence of Fino, this Amontillado is distinguished by a second maturation without the presence of the "flor" yeast layer, characteristic of oxidative aging. This unique process enriches the whisky with deep amber hues and intensely complex flavors. Using hogsheads that previously held this aged sherry, this single malt reveals a rich and nuanced aromatic profile. With notes of black cherries, roasted hazelnuts, and caramel sauce, this limited edition is part of "The Wood Collection," a series that highlights the interaction between wood and whisky.

Known for its pale appearance and delicate flavour profile, Fino is the driest style of Sherry. It must be biologically aged for at least two years under a ‘flor’: a yeast layer which prevents oxidation. Maturation in former Fino hogshead casks has resulted in a single malt bursting with stewed pear, sugared almonds and vanilla custard tones. Subjected to extensive ageing without a ‘flor’ yeast layer, Oloroso, which roughly translates to ‘fragrant’, is the darkest dry Sherry style renowned for its pronounced nutty, dried fruit qualities. Maturation in rich Oloroso butts has delivered bold layers of coffee beans, sticky raisins, stem ginger and figs that all work in tandem with The GlenAllachie’s honey-rich house style. Specially selected by Billy Walker, Limited Release (2,000 cases), Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels withsecondary maturation in Douro Valleybarriques, Matured in Speyside, Non-chill filtered and no added colouring.Located in the heart of Portugal, the Douro Valley is one of the world’s oldest protected wine regions, established in 1756. With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

The Meikle Tòir – The Chinquapin One is a peated single malt, carefully crafted and refined in virgin Chinquapin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozarks, USA. This whisky delivers notes of soft spices and roasted nuts, harmoniously combined with a gentler peaty smoke, derived from the St. Fergus mainland peat. With an extended fermentation of 160 hours and a smoke profile measured at 35 PPM, this single malt reveals a complexity that perfectly complements maturation in virgin oak casks.

‘The Original’ is the classic single malt that truly champions our peated pursuit. Made with mainland peat from St. Fergus, the flavour contribution is sweeter than that anticipated of coastal peat.

Aged with expertise in high-quality Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, the barrels have imparted rich and fruity notes that blend harmoniously with wisps of peaty smoke.
