Ezra Brooks Rye is an authentic rye whiskey, crafted with American expertise passed down since 1957. Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

In 1773, three McAfee brothers named James, George, and Robert left Virginia westward to explore the uncharted territory that would later become known as Kentucky. Initially traveling by canoe, the McAfee party eventually followed a native trail overland that led to the great buffalo crossing, where the brothers surveyed the land that now houses the world’s most awarded distillery – the Buffalo Trace Distillery. The survey marks they left behind are known as benchmarks, and this bourbon whiskey honors the pioneering spirits of these early American explorers.

Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions. This union balance between the strength of cellar ageing and the explosion of noble aromas released released after 5 years in casks. Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice
