Handcrafted according to our original, time-honored wheated recipe since 1849, Rebel Single Barrel is aged a full ten years to provide a rich and rebellious flavor. Madrecuishe Maguey madrecuishe (madre-cuixe, madrecuixe) is a karwinskii agave. It grows primarily in dry climates and usually takes on a tall, cylindrical shape. Due to the dense core of the agave and its low water content, mezcal made from maguey madre-cuishe generally has a high minerality with vegetal and floral notes.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Rebel Yell was the first American distillery to substitute wheat for rye in 1910 to create a Bourbon with a sweeter palate and notes of vanilla and toffee. Today, Rebel Yell is made under license at Heaven Hill, one of Kentucky's oldest distilleries, still using the original recipe that earned it a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011.
