Monymusk classic gold is a molasses rum produced and bottled by National Rums of Jamaica Limited.

Monymusk Plantation Special Reserve is a blend of premium rums selected from burnt American oak casks in which the rums have been aged to perfection for at least 10 years.

Aged for 3 more years in re-charred American oak ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a darker and bolder rum with notes of dried fruits, cocoa, and a hint of oak. Monymusk is the legendary Jamaican distillery that is part of the island's heritage! It has made a name for itself by producing high-proof "heavy rums." Located in the south of Jamaica, Monymusk is one of the island’s oldest estates. Although it has been producing rum since the early 20th century, it was only a few years ago that it decided to market it under its own name, Monymusk.

TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated.
