Rebel Yell was the first American distillery to substitute wheat for rye in 1910 to create a Bourbon with a sweeter palate and notes of vanilla and toffee. Today, Rebel Yell is made under license at Heaven Hill, one of Kentucky's oldest distilleries, still using the original recipe that earned it a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011.

Aged for 3 more years in re-charred American oak ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a darker and bolder rum with notes of dried fruits, cocoa, and a hint of oak. Monymusk is the legendary Jamaican distillery that is part of the island's heritage! It has made a name for itself by producing high-proof "heavy rums." Located in the south of Jamaica, Monymusk is one of the island’s oldest estates. Although it has been producing rum since the early 20th century, it was only a few years ago that it decided to market it under its own name, Monymusk.

Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon embodies the authenticity and history of Kentucky bourbon. Crafted from a recipe dating back to 1849, it stands out for its use of wheat instead of rye, offering a softer and more refined flavor profile. Made from the three best grape varieties from the estate's old vines, this port reveals a rare complexity and subtly softened tannins.
The grapes are sourced from non-vintage harvests and aged on average for five years in 500-liter French oak demi-muids and 7,000-liter vats.
This maturation process gives the Finest Reserve unparalleled depth and richness, making it perfect for port connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

For over a quarter of a century, this rare Single Malt has developed and mellowed, becoming concentrated, full-bodied and indulgent, brimming with the dark intensity of chocolate praline and spices.

TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.
