To make this extraordinary gin, Glendalough forage wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains all year round. Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.
The Crème de Cassis de Merlet has held the status of Geographical Indication since 2015, recognizing the unique expertise developed over 30 years in the cultivation of blackcurrants and their transformation into liqueur. The complete mastery of the cultivation and harvesting of the berries, their ripeness, and their transformation by the Merlet family, combined with a high concentration of macerated fruits, are the keys to the extreme intensity and complexity achieved.
Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.
To create the GlenAllachie Wine Cask series, master blender Billy Walker first matured the spirit in the finest American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, before transferring the whisky into hand-selected European wine casks for secondary aging.
Billy added a distinctive touch to this edition by blending four exceptional wine cask finishes into one unique expression: The Cuvée Wine Cask Finish.
The 9-year-old Cuvée is a marriage of spirits from several fine wine barrels originating from the world-renowned regions of Bordeaux, Languedoc, and Valpolicella.
The noble French liqueur of 100% natural origin, an exquisite combination of Williams Pear and Cognac.
In this range, the hand and experience of the winegrower are essential in order to pay special attention to these organically grown vines, which will ultimately produce an Armagnac of rare purity and exhilarating richness. A return to the roots, to the beginning, when Armagnac vines accepted the vagaries of nature.
Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.
Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.
