Blended from 3 barrels aged on 25/05/2014 using rums from the 2014 distillation campaign, the start of Maison Bologne's 100% canne noire saga.

The Old Black Cane cuvée has been aged for 3 to 6 years.

Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.
