Generous Gin

Creation #6 can be described in two words: RUM + RAISIN. Our sixth Creation marries Pedro Ximénez casks and Jamaican rum casks with our smoky spirit resulting in flavours of toasted Jamaica ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar.

The Tomatin distillery presents a remarkable edition of its Sherry collection, highlighting the unique influence of Palo Cortado casks on its 15-year-old Single Malt. Distilled in 2008 and carefully aged, this whisky explores the richness and complexity brought by the dry and salty sherry to the Scottish elixir. The result is a harmonious marriage of deep and elegant flavors that will delight fine spirit enthusiasts. With its notes of ginger root, black tea, and orange zest, this whisky proves to be an excellent companion for rich chocolate desserts.

Aromas of poached pears and traditional rhubarb and custard sweets lead, while on the palate notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by Turkish delight and light butter pastry. The finish is rich with cinnamon spiced red apple.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. Derived from the crushing and fermentation of the estate's red canes, GENESIS Vieux aged for 4 years in French oak barrels before being bottled at its natural strength. It is therefore both a column still rum and a cask strength rum. Its time in the barrel will bring finesse and elegance to the tasting experience.

Handcrafted according to our original, time-honored wheated recipe since 1849, Rebel Single Barrel is aged a full ten years to provide a rich and rebellious flavor. The Single Barrel process creates a flavor profile unique to each barrel. The end result is an extra smooth sipping whiskey that honors the rebel in all of us.
