Mermaid Gin Zest

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

Miracielo

Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.

Partially distilled in traditional Chinese stills and column stills, then aged in teak and American oak barrels, it presents a rich and complex aromatic profile.
This double aging process gives NAGA Java Reserve a harmonious balance between spicy notes and exotic fruits, offering a unique sensory experience.

Naga Rum Siam Edition

NAGA SIAM Edition, through its long maturation in wood, develops complex woody aromas, blending sandalwood and roasted scents. This is followed by notes of nuts and caramel. The rum has a smooth and rounded structure, characteristic of NAGA rums. Roasted flavors emerge and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla, and tobacco. The finish is long, with the whole experience enhanced by very elegant woodiness.

Nc'nean Organic Quiet Rebels Simon 48.5%

For this fifth edition of the Quiet Rebels series, Nc’nean highlights Simon, a distiller with a passion for beer.
In collaboration with the Scottish brewery Innis & Gunn, he creates a single malt matured in STR red wine casks, then refined in chocolate stout casks for a gourmet and unique profile.

The gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Our Quiet Rebels series is all about celebrating the people who make Nc’nean what it is. This year, it’s our Head of Sustainability, Amy, who has picked her favourite combination of casks to curate a fruity and jammy whisky with a hint of toasted spices. Organic principles are integral to Amy’s philosophy, so her creation includes whisky finished in organic Maury casks, a fortified wine from France made in a similar way to port, alongside STR red wine and ex-Bourbon barrels. In addition to tasting completely delicious, this whisky perfectly represents Amy’s ethos of pioneering sustainable production here on the wild and beautiful west coast of Scotland by demonstrating that there are better ways of producing the things we like to enjoy.

Nixta Licor de Elote is a Mexican corn liqueur made from a base of tender, ancestral cacahuazintle (kaka • wha • SINT • lay) maize, grown in the high valleys and foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano. Nixta is produced at the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, where we honor the Mexican culture of corn and the ancestral craft of nixtamalization—a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking technique that uncovers the deepest flavors and aromas of maize.
