Cohobe Elevation Single Malt 46%

“Élévation” is a whisky defined by delicacy. Enthusiasts would describe it as “straight” or “taut.” Beneath an apparent initial austerity, it gradually unfolds a series of increasingly subtle notes, offering a refined and nuanced tasting experience. To achieve this “elevation,” we followed demanding paths in both distillation and wood selection (French oak). The result speaks for itself: a unique whisky that highlights the grain and delivers a multitude of aromatic reflections during tasting.French Pilsen-type malt, Double distillation in Charentais pot stills, 100% French oak ageing, Humid cellars, Small-batch production of fewer than 5,000 bottles, Cellulose plate filtration at cellar temperature

Cohobe Liberation Single Malt 44%

“Libération” is the quintessential generous whisky. A precise redistillation technique, combined with bespoke ageing, produces a whisky with roundness and depth that fully expresses itself after maturation in fine-grained French oak casks. The name “Libération” refers to its ability to reveal the complete aromatic expression of barley and French oak in perfect harmony. This is a gourmet whisky with rich, generous aromas and dazzling layers of flavour, crafted for the greatest pleasure of whisky enthusiasts.

Cu Bocan Creation Batch7

Cù Bòcan Creation #7 Single Malt is a bold and imaginative Highland whisky that showcases the distillery’s experimental spirit through an intriguing cask combination and lightly peated character. Crafted at the Tomatin Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, this limited edition single malt is matured in a marriage of Pineau des Charentes Rouge casks and virgin oak casks, resulting in a unique flavour profile that balances sweetness, spice and subtle smoke. The use of Pineau des Charentes Rouge, a fortified wine from western France, imparts vibrant fruit notes and a delicate richness, while virgin oak contributes depth and warming spice.

Cu Bocan Signature (Grey)

In the whisky that made Cu Bocan's name, light smoke intertwines with rich citrus and exotic spices. Subtly smoky, surprisingly sweet, it opens up the world of lightly peated whisky.
