NOSE : The rum has a smooth and rounded structure, characteristic of NAGA rums.

PALATE : Roasted flavors emerge and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla, and tobacco.

FINISH : The finish is long, with the whole experience enhanced by very elegant woodiness.

Appreciated for its delicate, juicy, and subtly floral flesh. Combined with the depth of an aged rum, it offers a harmonious balance between fruity freshness, sweetness, and woody notes. Elegant and indulgent without being excessive, NASHI can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or topped with tonic. It also brings a refined touch to cocktails and can accompany a fruit dessert, a pear tart, or white chocolate.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: A bright and delicate nose, where the freshness of lemon blends with floral notes of chamomile and a pastry-like sweetness reminiscent of buttery shortbread.

PALATE: The attack is soft and creamy. The palate then develops with herbal aromas carried by chamomile, before rounding out with indulgent notes of butter biscuit. The balance between freshness, creaminess and roundness is perfectly mastered.

FINISH: Long and elegant, with a slightly lemony and biscuity persistence, supported by a silky texture.

Elegant and fruity, our flagship whisky is easy-going and delicious however you drink it, with flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice. We find we can taste lemon posset, peach & apricot and spiced rye bread. - Our whisky is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. Our gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop our spirit’s signature body and sweetness.

We find we can taste lemon custard damson jam and brown butter muffins.

TASTING NOTES

The amber color proves at first glance the balance and smoothness of Amaro Nonino. On the nose and palate, harmony is confirmed by an extraordinary touch of herbs and citrus notes.

Serve at room temperature, on ice with a slice of orange, or in a cocktail.
