The Sovereign Carsebridge 1965 - 50 years is a true treasure of the Scottish whisky world. TASTING NOTES:

NOSE: Tropical fruits, green apples, citrus, and caramelized banana.

PALATE: Buttery peach pastry leading to tropical fruits, caramel, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Spicebox was inspired by a crafty Canadian, who would ship the contraband cargo in wooden barrels, black stamped with Spices. all was going according to plan, until a barrel took a spill, and their exporting days were over! The brand name itself communicates the flavor, and intrinsically links us to spiced whisky. The colours of the fonts, orange and brown, are related to the general perception of spice — the warmth conveyed through the various spice flavors. The branding and other fonts that are representative of the fonts of the products and printing of the 1920s, during Prohibition.

Experience Dirty Bastard, an intense extension of our popular Bastard whisky. This edition is triple-matured for a unique, complex flavour profile. After three years in American virgin oak, it’s further aged in mezcal and tequila casks, finishing with a bold stout cask maturation from renowned Danish breweries 'To Øl' and Fanø Bryghus. The result is a deep, intense whisky with notes of grain, cinnamon, cocoa, and tobacco, balanced with dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted nuts, chili, and dark beer.

The wind from the North Sea mixes blood with the desert of Mexico in this double-distilled rye whisky aged in old mezcal casks. An illegal love affair with a gentle and exotic aftertaste. Stauning Bastard a rye whisky made purely of local ingredients, malted on the floor at our distillery and double-distilled in flame-heated pot stills. After at least three years in new, toasted virgin American oak casks, it has been rounded off with at least 6-months ageing in old mezcal casks from Mexican Oro de Oaxaca. The result is an elegant love child whose equal you won't find anywhere else in this world.

Stauning HØST, meaning "harvest" in Danish, embodies the essence of the Nordic lands and the art of Danish distillation. Inspired by the softness of the last days of the Danish summer, this double malt whisky evokes a feeling of comfort and warmth, reminiscent of the harvest of barley and rye carefully selected in the region. This expression is the result of a harmonious fusion between a single malt and a rye malt, aged in American oak barrels with a subtle touch of Port wood. The result?
