Koval Wheat is a limited release American whiskey produced in small batches with a 100% organic wheat mashed potato bill. This expression pays homage to the tradition of American wheat whiskey, while differentiating itself from the rest of the Koval line due to the high alcohol content. It is aged in small new and charred casks and bottled at 55% vol. without chill filtration. The water - an essential ingredient in the distillation process - comes from Lake Michigan and is purified using natural charcoal. Koval Wheat Bio Whiskey is a unique taste experience: intense and pure, full of character.

It's a traditional American spirit, once made by George Washington in his distillery, and was widely appreciated in the New World before the advent of bourbon following the whisky rebellion. Our unaged Koval White Rye is best enjoyed neat, but it also reveals its full character, whether on the rocks or in classic and contemporary cocktails. The Kurayoshi Pure Malt is aged for over 3 years in oak casks. It has a soft and refreshing fragrance of malted barley complimented by sweet and tart notes of rum raisins, malt and vanilla. The light finish is a reminder of Tottori’s pure spring water used during distillation.

The Lost Distillery Dalaruan was founded in 1825, in the Campbeltown region, by Charles Colvill before permanently closing its doors in 1925, affected by the collapse in whisky sales. Dalaruan Classic is a blend of several malts with a maritime character and notes of spices and apples.
