Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.

The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

Glendalough Peated Pot Still is a bold fusion between Irish whiskey tradition and innovation, redefining the Pot Still style. It is made from malted and unmalted barley, distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged for over seven years. The introduction of peated malt, smoked during drying, adds a bold twist, blending delicate smoke with the characteristic spices and creamy texture of Pot Still whiskey. Crafted and bottled at 46% ABV, it begins its maturation in ex-bourbon American oak casks. It then spends an additional four years in virgin oak casks. This long aging process imparts notes of toasted oak, rich vanilla, and warm spices, perfectly balanced by a subtle peated smoke. A very special edition, available for a limited time only.

With this 4th cuvée, HSE continues its exploration of the exceptional qualities of its single-parcel white rum from the 2016 harvest, “Canne d’Or”, variety R 570. A maturation of over 4 years in carefully selected American white oak casks brings finesse and complexity to this rum.

HSE offers a unique experience through a variation of the three grape varieties used to produce the great wines of Château Marquis de Terme. We selected specific casks of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot used for the production of Château Marquis de Terme, and carried out three different finishes for over 12 months. Thanks to this distinctive ageing, these three expressions allow you to appreciate the impact of these specific casks on the profile of our extra old rums.

Canteiro aged Madeira casks from off the coast of Africa which held Madeira fortified wine, soak up and impart intense aromas and flavours created by the heat and tropical climate of their home-place.

Pandan (pandanus amaryllifolius) is a leaf with unique and delicious aromas, a true pillar of Asian gastronomic culture. Widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, pandan has 750 different species spread across Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Its long, blade-shaped leaves give off a distinctive fragrance. Heavily used in dishes and drinks in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, the Maldives, and India, it is nicknamed "the vanilla of Asia" for its notes of vanilla, almond, and butter biscuit.

Distilled in April 2008 at the Travellers Distillery, this Belizean terroir rum has undergone double maturation to achieve its unique character. Following 11 years of tropical aging in Belize, this rum benefited from a 6-year continental aging in Europe, resulting in perfect balance. Matured in Charred White Oak casks, this January 2026 bottling is presented in its most authentic expression: 59.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural color.
