This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

Pandan (pandanus amaryllifolius) is a leaf with unique and delicious aromas, a true pillar of Asian gastronomic culture. Widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, pandan has 750 different species spread across Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Its long, blade-shaped leaves give off a distinctive fragrance. Heavily used in dishes and drinks in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, the Maldives, and India, it is nicknamed "the vanilla of Asia" for its notes of vanilla, almond, and butter biscuit.

Following 11 years of tropical aging in Belize, this rum benefited from a 6-year continental aging in Europe, resulting in perfect balance. Matured in Charred White Oak casks, this January 2026 bottling is presented in its most authentic expression: 59.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural color.
