The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.

Ryoma is the perfect mix of Japanese excellence and traditional methods. It is unique and refined with floral and fruity accents. Ryoma rum made with pure sugar cane juice, aged in Japanese white oak casks.
The yeasts used were initially created by the distillery to ferment their sake.

First Pokeno carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of our favourite wineries. Pokeno then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

The Meikle Tòir – The Chinquapin One is a peated single malt, carefully crafted and refined in virgin Chinquapin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozarks, USA. This whisky delivers notes of soft spices and roasted nuts, harmoniously combined with a gentler peaty smoke, derived from the St. Fergus mainland peat. With an extended fermentation of 160 hours and a smoke profile measured at 35 PPM, this single malt reveals a complexity that perfectly complements maturation in virgin oak casks.

The aged rum Botran Roaju celebrates the exceptional heritage of the Botran Merino brothers, visionary pioneers who left the fertile lands of Duero in Spain to establish their roots in the heart of Guatemala. The triple distillation not only concentrates the alcohol in the whisky but also creates lighter and fruitier flavors. With only two stills, we carried out the last two distillations in our 3,600-liter spirit still, separating the hearts from the heads and tails each time. One of the characteristics of Pokeno Single Malt is its incredibly smooth and creamy nature, achieved through our extremely slow distillation process, which allows for maximum reflux in our stills. We then take a very small heart, about only 20% of the distillation. By adding an extra distillation, this has elevated the profile to the next level. The triple-distilled Pokeno Single Malt has been matured exclusively in the finest first-fill bourbon casks, resulting in an incredibly smooth, sweet, and honeyed sing...

For this special edition, after a full maturation in virgin casks, we finished the whisky in a cask we lent to our friends at Liberty Brewing for the maturation of their fantastic Prohibition Porter.
The result is an incredibly smooth and rich single malt, with notes of cocoa, caramel, and chocolate, which blend wonderfully with the rich sweetness of the virgin cask.
