The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that makes no compromises on quality. anCnoc 12 Year Old is recognised the world over. Known as a must-have in every whisky drinker's collection, it is light yet complex. Smooth yet challenging.

Zaya is a premium, dark aged rum sourced from the islands of the Caribbean. Purposely crafted with a blend of aged rums, to achieve a seductive nose of baked fruit and spiced vanilla and a smooth palate of caramel and toasted oak. Deep amber in color, the finish is profound and touched with just a hint of smoke.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions. This union balance between the strength of cellar ageing and the explosion of noble aromas released released after 5 years in casks. The result is a rum with exotic notes, roundness and intoxicating length.

Tasting notes Colour A bright, beautiful deep gold The legs are light and of average width. Nose A basket of fruit and tangy boiled sweets! It’s bold, fruity and fresh The fruitiness lies somewhere between banana, pear, and white peach. Notes of candy are an invitation to indulge. When allowed to breathe the nose becomes more complex, with honey and dried fruit such as raisin, dates and apricot There is a rich hint of freshly baked bread and butter, with woody undertones. Palate The palate develops with intense ripe fruit and small, soft fruit (wild strawberries or sour cherries). FinishIn the finish, notes of milk chocolate ganache and (light) roasting add complexity to this fine rum.

A blend of traditional rums aged for up to 4 years in French oak casks and tuns.

Produced in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Gran Reserva is a Cuban-style premium. Aged in a solera system, it remained in barrels for about fifteen years. Sweet and spicy at the same time, it is marked by notes of zest of oranges, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Little sweet compared to many other current rums, it remains light and easy to drink.

This Pineau des Charentes is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, between 9 and 10 degrees, in a tulip glass to enhance its colour and bouquet. It goes very well with foie gras, cheeses, and chocolate desserts.

The aged rum Botran Roaju celebrates the exceptional heritage of the Botran Merino brothers, visionary pioneers who left the fertile lands of Duero in Spain to establish their roots in the heart of Guatemala. Elaborated in Guatemala, Botran Ki’ is an exceptional rum crafted from virgin sugar cane honey, a noble base that gives it a unique aromatic richness.
This rum is the result of dynamic aging, where the rums are carefully matured in an adapted solera system, ensuring a perfect harmony between youth and maturity.
With a finish in sweet wine casks, notably those that contained Moscatel, Botran Ki’ offers remarkable sweetness and roundness, while maintaining an authentic aromatic profile with no added sugar.

The triple distillation not only concentrates the alcohol in the whisky but also creates lighter and fruitier flavors. With only two stills, we carried out the last two distillations in our 3,600-liter spirit still, separating the hearts from the heads and tails each time. One of the characteristics of Pokeno Single Malt is its incredibly smooth and creamy nature, achieved through our extremely slow distillation process, which allows for maximum reflux in our stills. We then take a very small heart, about only 20% of the distillation. By adding an extra distillation, this has elevated the profile to the next level. The triple-distilled Pokeno Single Malt has been matured exclusively in the finest first-fill bourbon casks, resulting in an incredibly smooth, sweet, and honeyed sing...

For this special edition, after a full maturation in virgin casks, we finished the whisky in a cask we lent to our friends at Liberty Brewing for the maturation of their fantastic Prohibition Porter.
The result is an incredibly smooth and rich single malt, with notes of cocoa, caramel, and chocolate, which blend wonderfully with the rich sweetness of the virgin cask.

Yuzushu literally means "yuzu alcohol" in Japanese. Sea Salt Yuzushu is produced by the Kitajima brewery on a sake base, to which fresh yuzu juice and sea salt are added. Founded in 1805 in the village of Hari, Shiga Prefecture, the distillery has possessed recognized expertise in premium sakes for over 200 years. The association of sake, fresh Japanese yuzu juice, and sea salt creates a remarkable beverage with sweet and tangy notes. To be enjoyed neat on ice, with tonic, or in the Japanese fashion with hot water.

Art of Rum unveils its fourth exceptional batch, where the art of blending meets the creativity of artists. Born from the expertise of master blender Thierry Grondin and the artistic universe of Xandro, this aged rum embodies audacity. This new cuvée merges traditional rums aged in humid cellars, two 6-year-old rums aged in ex-cognac casks, a 9-year-old rum aged in ex-muscatel casks, and a "Herr" high ester rum distilled in a pot still in 2006, long rested in tanks before its 8-year aging shared between ex-cognac and ex-porto casks. Fresh and gourmand, this blend reveals intense tropical notes, fruit, and an elegant briny and woody complexity.
